Our Farm
Hatchery
With our on site Hatchery we are able to produce fish of all sizes year round. We have 50 race ways holding a total of 125 m3 of water that can be fed from a variety of sources to suit the needs of the fish. We have the capability to produce up to 2 million fingerlings a year all starting with the highest quality ova.
The Farm
The Farm takes water from Cairn water, it flows through the farm naturally and sustainably by gravity providing the perfect conditions to grow our hard fighting fish. The advantage of our farm is its low carbon footprint and no loss of water to the environment. We our monitored by SEPA and the water generally goes back in cleaner than it goes in after traveling through our settling system.
